In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and plusph44. By completing the registration process on plusph44, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.

2.2 Your continued use of the plusph44 platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically.

2.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the following additional policies published on plusph44, all of which are incorporated herein by reference:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use, and protection of your personal data
• Responsible Gaming Policy — setting out the tools and resources available to Players at plusph44
• Game-specific rules — applicable to individual game types including slots, live casino, bingo, sabong, and sports betting
• Promotion-specific terms — applicable to each individual bonus or promotional offer

2.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of the subject matter to which it specifically relates.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the plusph44 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee of plusph44, its technology providers, or game studios whose products are hosted on the plusph44 platform.

3.2 plusph44 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, at withdrawal, or in response to any reasonable grounds for suspicion. Players must provide valid Philippine government-issued identification when requested.

3.3 If plusph44 reasonably suspects that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Section 3, plusph44 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct enhanced verification before any funds are released.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the plusph44 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds held therein (including winnings) may be forfeited at the discretion of plusph44.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the plusph44 registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Supplying false, inaccurate, or misleading information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plusph44 login credentials. You must notify plusph44 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. plusph44 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate account security or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

plusph44 is required to verify the identity of Players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents — which may include a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or other accepted Philippine government ID — when requested as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

plusph44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions on plusph44 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit on plusph44 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and credited to your plusph44 wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect depending on the originating bank's clearing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your plusph44 Account:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• The amount requested must consist of real-money funds (not bonus credits) that have satisfied any applicable rollover requirements;
• The withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically feasible;
• You must not be subject to any active account investigation, restriction, or suspension.

plusph44 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.

5.4 Transaction Records

A complete history of your deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus activity is available within your plusph44 Account dashboard. Players are encouraged to review their transaction records regularly. Queries regarding specific transactions must be submitted to plusph44 customer support within ninety (90) days of the transaction date.

6.1 plusph44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section 6.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus credits are not withdrawable and have no cash value until applicable rollover (wagering) requirements have been satisfied in full;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless the offer's specific terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonuses claimed in violation of these Terms — including through the use of duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity — will be voided, and any resulting winnings forfeited;
• plusph44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• All bonus offers on plusph44 are intended exclusively for Players participating in genuine recreational gaming activity.

6.2 Rollover Requirements

Rollover (wagering) requirements specify the total amount of qualifying wagers that must be placed before bonus credits convert to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on games with a return-to-player (RTP) of 97% or above, or on certain live casino side bets, may not contribute toward rollover completion as specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits and associated rollover requirements expire on the date specified in the promotion's terms, which is typically fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of bonus credit unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus credits are forfeited automatically.

7.1 All casino games available on plusph44 — including slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game-specific rules published within each game interface or within the plusph44 platform documentation.

7.2 All slot games and RNG table games on plusph44 utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during any game on plusph44, the affected round shall be voided and any stakes placed during the affected round returned to the Player's wallet. This includes instances of live casino stream interruptions.

7.4 Sports betting and sabong odds on plusph44 are set by the platform's trading team and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your Account, the confirmed odds apply regardless of subsequent market movements.

7.5 Wagers on events subsequently determined to have been abandoned, cancelled, or decided outside standard competition rules may be voided at plusph44's discretion, with stakes returned to Players.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the plusph44 platform:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts or assisting any other person in doing so;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information at any stage;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion on plusph44;
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in "bonus abuse," including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy rollover requirements without legitimate recreational gameplay;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or any third party;
• Money laundering or using the plusph44 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity;
• Accessing the plusph44 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider in bad faith.

9.1 plusph44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gaming can develop into a harmful behavior, and we take our obligations seriously under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

9.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at plusph44 and may be activated or adjusted from the Account Settings section:

10.1 All content on the plusph44 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, trade names, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of plusph44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any license or right to use any intellectual property of plusph44 beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal recreational gaming purposes as expressly provided herein.

10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the plusph44 platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of plusph44.

11.1 The plusph44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted availability of our services, plusph44 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the plusph44 platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your own failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures outside plusph44's reasonable control;
• Losses caused by events beyond plusph44's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit plusph44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 You may request the closure of your plusph44 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus credits that have not satisfied rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

12.2 plusph44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable supplemental policy;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Non-compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal dispute filed in bad faith.

12.3 In the event of Account closure due to a material breach by the Player, plusph44 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all balances including pending withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the plusph44 platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and plusph44, you agree to first contact our customer support team and allow thirty (30) days for resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within the period specified in Section 13.2, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.1 plusph44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the plusph44 platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

14.2 Changes to these Terms that are required to comply with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements may take effect immediately without prior notice.

14.3 Your continued use of the plusph44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of plusph44 and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
